Welcome to TURNER+MANE hair! My name is Julie Turner and I have been in the hair industry for 32 years. I own Scissorhead Salon and TURNER+MANE Collective in Medford, Oregon and I'm an IBE Master Tech & Elite Artist and I also have several certifications and specialize in luxury keratin individual micro bonds. I really love every aspect of both extension methods that I offer from the application to color matching and cutting the extensions to  create durability, beautiful healthy grow-outs and flat edges so that your extensions never give away your little secret! I work with a full time co-stylist, her name is Brenda Carroll. We have been working together for ten years and our days run smoothly and efficiently. We also work with full time assistants to help us with our flow and to help educate stylists that are just getting started with their journey. We have a private salon next door to Scissorhead Salon to be able to give you a private appointment that we can make you feel as comfortable and spoiled as possible!
