Welcome to TurnerMane hair! My name is Julie Turner and I have been in the hair industry for 27 years. I own Scissorhead Salon in Medford, Oregon and I'm an IBE Master Tech and Elite Artist. I am also a business educator for IBE's Master program. My passion is beautiful, seamless, non detectable hair extensions. I really love every aspect of IBE extension installs from the application, color matching and cutting to the durability, beautiful healthy growouts and flat edges. If you've ever worn any type of extensions, you know what a luxury these things are. If you haven't ever worn extensions, you're in for a real treat! I work with a co-stylist and her name is Brenda Duarte. We have been working together for five years and our days run smoothly and efficiently. We have a private room in the back of the salon and we love to educate you and help you better understand your hair and how to give you the results that you have dreamed of.
